Hi,

Although I have a premium subscription (renewed on April 19th, 2016) the blue arrows are not showing up since last week. Can you please advise if there is anyway to correct this problem?

Regards

Nothing has changed on our end so the change has to be something that happened on yours. Have you tried the things mentioned in the FAQ for this issue?

I am unable to download directly anymore. I receive the message "The user name or password is incorrect."

Edit...
Please disregard. I figured it out. Thanks.

What does it mean when it says "Login Error: Cannot find session cookie." when I click on the blue arrow and enter my credentials?

It's a problem with the filehost uploads.to, we're working on it.

Was wondering if I can use it download files from other sites as well?

I keep getting the following error after clicking on the blue download arrow. It appears to be working, enter my credentials, then shows the file info. When i click on the file info I get 404 Not Found nginx

It just started this yesterday after 1 successful download.

Sometimes when I click the blue arrow to download a file, instead of getting the actual file, I get a box that says:

You have chosen to open:
(file name)
which is: application/octet-stream (174 KB)
from: mblservices.org
Then it asks if I want to open or save the file. I've tried both and neither way is a usable file for me.

This happens quite frequently (for the last year and I just renewed) and I have to download going through the link, which means going to the download site instead of doing the direct download. This means I have a premium account that's not really very premium.

Any idea on what is happening and how to fix it? I only download books, if that helps. Thanks.

I get "The user name or password is incorrect" error.
However unlike in the FAQ, i am able to enter the username and password.
PS: Already PMed Disk4mat who suggested i clear cookies. I've done that too.

Am a new subscriber.
I've tried premium on IE 11 and Firefox.
The window opens but after entering username and password and hitting 'Submit Query', the error is the same.
I've disabled AdBlock Plus, No Script, HTTP Everywhere.
Everything else seems to be as given in the FAQ.
It worked fine with the Trial version. But not since i upgraded to paid version.

I've also tried clearing cookies.

Note: Am able to login to mblservices. I've changed my password twice (using Forgot Password).

The file am trying to fetch is
viewtopic.php?f=1292&t=1830175
The pop up window with the error message has this URL:
http://mblservices.org/amember/download ... qa61x2ck89

Wonder if someone could help me out please. Just can't figure it out.

Thanks for reading.

I purchased Premium on 26th November and Paypal processed the payment through my card but when I try and download I get a "Trial Subscription Expired" warning and no payment is shown having been made on my Premium Profile.

For anyone wondering, this happens when you accidentally activate a trial account while having an active Premium account- it resets your subscription. Just PM me and I'll fix it.
