and nothing else happens,

I've seen this as a problem affecting Firefox users who have the "Flash and Video Download" Firefox Addon. Disabling it fixed the problem. Are you on firefox and do you have this plugin?

Hi D4M,

I use Waterfox, and I don't have that add-on. (Waterfox is great because unsigned/unverified [by Mozilla] add-ons are not disabled and so I can still use CoolPreviews and one or two other favorites). The downloader add-on I use is installed by Internet Download Manager (IDM). I will try Firefox portable and/or MS Edge to see if they work for me.

I see the blue arrows on most things and have no problem downloading, but I don't see any blue arrows for software I was trying to download - Adobe Dreamweaver Cc 2017 v17.1.0.9583 Multilingual (x86/x64) (Portable), is there not a premium download for this? I tried with different browsers. Thank you.
