Can't install to my HD7......

Why not? Did your computer explode? Is someone not allowing you to install it? Is there a cosmic force that is somehow preventing you from manipulating your hands and clicking away? Or are you simply getting an error? We can't help you with such a vague "i can't install" comment, can we?

sorry, did't mention really clear. it show:

Error- installation of the application failed. XAP package signture is not valid or the WP manifest file is invalid. Re-sign with valid sinature and fix the manifest file.

Look at this and follow the instructions in the very last post to deploy.

Looks like the v2.11 can't be installed on my HTC 7 Mozart

Problem settle, it's because i install Windows Phone Developer Tools 7.1(Beta) to my PC, now i uninstall Windows Phone Developer Tools 7.1(Beta) and reinstall Windows Phone Developer Tools 7.0 version, everthing just working.

Good to know. I will have to keep that in mind and ask people what version of the SDK they are running. I've experienced the same thing but in my case i thought it was limited only to my install. So I guess now it's confirmed that 7.1 sdk breaks the deploy process.
