I successfully installed the USA version above. Thank you very much. I still can't get it to find locations that aren't connected to contacts for some reason. It does POI's, ATM's, etc... just fine.

EDIT:
Nevermind - you have to choose the state, type in the city and choose it, then type the address. All is great in the world!

Yey, the european version works.. so far (haven't tested the gps yet, but i will)

EDIT: It works nicely.

Now I'm on miROM custom ROM.

I changed the size of the xml file
starts without any problem, but something always want to upgrade
I use NAVIGON 3.0 1321
EU Q1 2012 maps

check all files for size and check this values in XML file.. maybe one of this smaller....

I find no fault

try this: let navigon download and finish update... maybe some new data files.... then get xml file from phone, upload again maps and change file sizes... and dont delete anything from XML file... left alone unused countries... btw, why not use Navigon Content Downloader if use v3?

May need some guidance please.
I had v4 EU installed - bought from Marketplace.
I wanted to try this with other maps - in my case I like to use AU maps as well - this would be unbelievable.
1. Uninstalled v4 EU
2. Tried to install only AU map using the provided NavigonContent - no map error (can't remember the exact words)
3. then freshly downloaded EU maps via NavigonContent
4. tried to install with all new EU maps and added AU map (see below detail) using NavigonContent - loads them all (100+ minutes). But Navigon World tries to open - fist Navigon screen , then "......" then just goes back to WP7 home screen. i.e. does not load. I was hoping it would give me a choice of maps.

So are these AU maps compatible?

Edit: I see that these AU maps are Q110 not Q410 as are the EU maps. So obviously that is the problem.

no, that not problem... you must also all others files for Navigon from Android version, not only maps.... you cant use EU data and other files with AU maps....

also you must change region to AU in modified version of Navigon....

Tried a couple of times. Loaded two sets of AU/NZ maps only - "failed to initialize error with opening map". But can't change region to PAC until after map load. One time when I checked available maps after install, I had disconnect from "server" and was back to Wi-FI, and it said maps needed updating, and it started a download so I let it go to see what happened. Even though I was on PAC it downed EU maps again. But it would not show the AU map.
I Uninstalled and reloaded NAV. Then I tried the same, loaded au maps, change to PAC, checked installed maps, but cancelled download. Now says "you have called the data download....." (long message basically 'will try again nxt time')

Would really like to know how to load AU maps too.. attempted uploading android files without success..
Step by step guide would be wonderful

1 Install NAVIGON World
2 put full set of Android (or maybe iPhone) NAVIGON Australia/NZ maps etc in a folder for NavigonContent to find
Then put phone in Airplane mode
Plug into USB & let zune start
Launch NavigonContent (as administrator)
run step 4
Point it to folder (as per 2)
Server will open (pop up), select the maps you want
Launch Navigon World and it should install AU maps through NavigonContent server
Change region to PAC (be better to do this first I think, but haven't figured out how)
Before shutting down Server or unplug, Check if maps installed
Unplug, and check if working - takes a while to find GPS first time - after that pretty quick

any way to get this working in GERMAN or other languages? it only supports ENGLISH
