Recovery and The Return of Ethan Hart: Two Novellas by Stephen Benatar
Requirements: ePUB reader, 412 KB
Overview: In the first of this pair of complementary novellas, a young American amnesiac has only one clue to his identity - a snapshot which will lead him on a trail from London in the early nineties to Southwold in the middle forties. But time is running out - and the man who has no past is a man who'll literally have no future if he fails to find the woman in the snapshot.
In the second, a middle-aged Englishman is also an amnesiac...the difference being that he doesn't know it. Although he can recall the highlights of his life in Nottingham (culminating in the death of someone he prays he'll never need to kill again), along with the highlights of his earlier years in Amersham, he feels confusion over much that went before. Maybe the reason's understandable. After all - how many lives can you remember?
