You can still switch via the user control panel; it's apparently only the default that has been reset to "classic" look.

I'm sorry, I tried to like this but I HATE it. I spent over 10 minutes just trying to figure out where and how I would upload a new ebook and failed. I hate the full book descriptions being on the list of new books added main pages. Like others, I dislike the colour scheme. I just can't seem to find my way around. I may not be the most tech-savy person, but I'm far from the worst and if I find it too complicated I fear for new users to the site or people even less comfortable with problem GUI's than me.

I gave up and switched to the classic view to post my book. Please tell me you aren't planning to remove that option in the future. I applaud the idea of updating the site (there are problems on the original one too) but in this case the execution is just too all over the place. It feels like a labyrinth.

Thank you very much for returning to classic view. It was easier to navigate and view. I found mobilism 2.0 very harsh on the eyes.

Hey!
You guys rolled the dice with the new format. I was determined to get a grip on the new format. You could publish Mobilism in Vulcan, and I would still remain a faithful member (maybe confused). Thanks for the good intentions and all the work it took, you really are cool. :)

I am so glad to see the original screen back on mobilism. the other hurt to look at. The search option really sucked.

Thank you for letting us have Classic back- so much better than 2.

Feel free to edit the new one, but please don't foist it on those of us who don't want "progress" for the sake of change.

Ooookay, so my HD crashed- I lost loads of books. I've managed to get back a big chunk, but I can't remember what's missing!

!'m trying to get them back... one book at a time.

I don't find how. Could you please tell me where to look for it? I would like to test a bit more the new design.

EDIT: My bad, I had a brain fart and did the exact opposite of what you wanted... here we go now! :)

First, click on USER CONTROL PANEL. Then, select BOARD PREFERENCES on the left. Finally, scroll down to MY BOARD STYLE and choose the new skin (or the classic or the mobile version).

Just to echo the general note of thanks for returning the default to Classic. I would have made the best of 2.0 because the usefulness of this site of second to none, and I appreciate the value of progress, but I think a roll out must be an opt-in rather than default option.

Thanks
