This phone has recently been discontinued (which means you can find it new for cheap if you're lucky).
IMHO this is the most under rated phone. Actually it's really a hand held computer with a phone and 3G as well. I LOVE the slide out keyboard that allows me to really type long e-mails or short memos. And having full office suite software rocks too. The HD output and USB adapter are great as well. It's everything I always hoped the successor to the PSION 5MX would be... if anybody remembers that LOL!
I reckon that Nokia messed up by marketing it as an expensive phone for corporate use. Corporate types are either tied to blackberry or going to badger their IT departments to let them use iphones if anything.
The multimedia and social media sharing features of the E7 and for that matter the N8 and X7 made them ideal for consumers who wanted something 'different'. I picked mine up after the first big price drop and then bought another for a family member when the price dropped again. If Nokia had introduced this as a mid-priced hip consumer device ('don't just think different, be different') then maybe they would have made up for the lower price with higher sales volumes.
Oh well, too late now
