Lexicomp v1.7.7 with Offline Databases (v1.9.1 COMING UP)

there is a way to spoof an imei on devices that dont have one. you have to mod the framework.jar in your system and this should in theory fool lexicomp into thinking your on a phone with an imei and allow you to register. its a bit of work and you need root. and if your not really familiar with this stuff i wouldn't try it. also dont try this on something that already has a device id since imei spoofing is illegal in most countries and it could seriously mess up your phone/connectivity with your carrier.

When I extract this zip file, all I get is a bunch of folders with xml files in them; I cannot find the apk file.

??

Edit: figured it out; default "save as" is zip...had to save as apk

Frankly I dont like to modify anything in the system of the phone

. Also not well verse with rooting & spoofing stuff! & playing with imei is a strict no-no for me!

My lexicomp keeps crashing (Android). Not sure what the problem is.

It doesnt requires registering at the Lexi server.

Anyone have the new Pediatric and Neonatal Drugs? It's supposed to replace Pediatric Lexi-Drugs and was supposed to come out in August.

Hi there in previous lexi version the paediatric drug database was titled as Paediatric lexi drugs, but in newer version the title was changed to more sophesticated as Paediatric & Neonatal Drugs,
& the database which I have posted (Under name of Paediatric Lexi drugs) is the same Paediatric & Neonatal Drugs downloaded through the latest version (1.8.1). The only thing is that this cracked version is reads the Paediatric & Neonatal Drugs as Paediatric lexi drugs even if its the latest database.

NOTE: If you want to confirm this, uninstall the cracked version keeping the databases on SD Card as it is, & install the latest 1.8.1 version & check the Library, you will see the Paediatric & Neonatal drug database

there seems to be a problem with the Stedman Medical Abbreviations though... i downloaded the database and included it in the lexi folder but it doesn't show up in my library. is there a way to fix this?

Awesome work! Thanks so much for working on the crack and getting it working really well.

I have some issues with the download links though. Specifically, some are deleted eg Stedman's abbreviations and Harrison's Practice gives a download error.

Would be great if you could create an additional link with all the databases in one zip for those of us without bandwidth issues.

Yes I am going to update all the databases soon, the only problem is downloading from lexi server is quite slow. Hence more time is required.
What do you mean by officially updated? All of the databases have been downloaded through trial version of latest lexi v1.9.0.
