I can install older version of skyscape from the link u provided however after i installed in my "Samsung Galaxy S4" , I get stuck ... It says Welcome and following resources will now be installed ...then try to load something ...then appears all resources are up-to-date. when i click done...again same previous step starts.....(loading and then all resources are up-to-date message).

How do i install in my Samsung Galaxy S4?

You must be connected to the key server and not to the Internet to be able to unlock resources
Donot download any free resources direct from the app ...all free resources are present in the key file if you want to download it
