He just needs to open himself up to the fact that she is a ghost and listen to her and Halloween will be so much easier. She needs to tell her who did this to her and to avoid certain people and they can be together one again. If he refuses to listen to her, then he will be joining her in the death realm, and the deal that she made in order to be able to contact him will have been made in vain.
