Writing is a hobby, one which June has indulged in for many years but one which she has never told anyone about. After re reading her first book 5 Weeks she decided to share it with some close friends to see if they enjoyed it. They did and this spurred her on to complete the book and publish. June has recently completed and published her second novel Under New Management and is currently trying to find the energy to write a third.

5 Weeks - Annie Farnsworth is a 27 year old single mother, with a secret. Since the conception of her 7 year old son Harry, she has kept the identity of the father from everyone including the father, only one person knows the truth, her best friend Lissa but Lissa has just announced that she is to be married and Tom the secret father and the love of Annie’s life, is coming home to be the best man. The next 5 weeks are a rollercoaster ride which Annie is not prepared for, with two men on the scene her disgruntled parents to deal with, Harry’s new family to impress and some lies and deceit thrown in for good measure, it’s going to be a very bumpy ride.
Under New Management - Mollie Brown’s life is a little topsy-turvey at the moment. Her husband has recently left her for another man, she has been forced to move back in with her parents and to top it all off she has lost her job. The stately home where she works as a housekeeper is to be sold and Mollie, it appears, is out on her ear with the rest of the staff. Deciding to hold her head high and move on with her life, Mollie isn’t prepared for the arrival of the new owners. However the new owners bring a whole new set of problems for Mollie. It isn’t long before Mollie finds herself in a surreal world of millionaires, movie stars and paparazzi. Throw in an ex-boyfriend, mixed signals and jealousy, Mollie’s life is about to become very interesting indeed.
