Overview: I've been writing off and on for years, ever since I was a kid. For some reason, I've always enjoyed it, and continue to do so. Only recently I've made that step, that attempt, to actually write a book rather than just type away at this and that. Whether I'll ever manage to make a career out of this hobby, this passion, I don't know. What I do know is that I greatly enjoy it, and I don't intend to stop. I hope you enjoy my work as much as I enjoy working on it, and remember; if I can do it, you can do it. I'm just a fellow from a small town, just another Newfie, one who has for YEARS wanted to write a zombie survival novel. One that's gritty, realistic, involves actual aspects of survivalism, with characters that will come and go, events that transpire which often times will likely not go in the protagonist's best interest... in short, like real life, things don't always go as planned. Things will happen that even I won't like to see happen to my characters, and I'm the one writing their experiences.

Living Amongst The Dead (Book 1)
A rough, rugged, and nitty-gritty look at surviving in a zombie-infested post-apocalyptic world. Electricity? Running water? Stores with stocked shelves? Functioning gas stations? Nostalgic to think about, but otherwise, it's merely dreaming of fairytales. Inspired by the incredible George A. Romero films, the hit Walking Dead television series as well as the fantastic character and story-driven Telltale Games series of the same name, along with Max Brooks' books The Zombie Survival Guide and World War Z. The aspect of survival could also be said to be inspired by Gary Paulsen's Hatchet series of novels. Hunting, fishing, realistic manipulation of firearms along with correct terminology used, the process of reloading spent casings into live cartridges, and the importance of conserving ammunition... this novel is written with realism and long-term survival in mind. Each day is a struggle; living to see tomorrow is almost an event worthy of celebration for many, but it means little if your supplies won't last. Places will come and go, people will come and go, and though humanity seems to be on the losing side in the fight against the living dead, we MUST persevere. Even if for most, it is at the cost of one's morality and humanity.
Dark Days (Book 2)
Taking up where the first Living amongst the Dead left off, in the same struggle for survival. The struggle continues. Richard and Tiffany face new challenges, and death breathes down their neck at almost every turn. Every day is a fight to stay alive. Our survivalist has never been so close to his end before.
On the Road Again (Book 3)
With the remains of the Winters' home behind them, the cozy house that had given them shelter and even provided Richard and Tiffany some food for over a week, they're travelling eastwards once again. The four of them encounter more struggles and dangers; horrors of what the desperate efforts to survive can drive people to do.
