Dante is alive, but there is one major thing that sets him apart from the Dante she knew: he hates her. Grace is nowhere to be found, and eventually Scarlett convinces Dante to help her look for her. At first she feels safe; she doesn’t think the Alliance is after her, but that doesn’t last forever. She’s in more danger than ever before, and she and Dante may end up paying the price—with their lives.
Destiny: Scarlett and Dante find out the price they will have to pay to live forever. The cost is bad enough, but once Scarlett finds out a curse will prevent her and Dante from having their happily-ever-after, things get much worse. An old enemy finds her, but not for what you might think. Her heart is torn and there is nothing she can do about it. If things weren’t bad enough, Scarlett finds out they didn’t take out the whole Alliance; the people they overlooked have been watching her, and have some very valid reasons to want her to join them.
