Just got around to rooting my Tablet. What's the best Android firewall out there at the moment? There seems to be a few forks of Droidwall that have continued development, but none seem to be well ahead of the others for play reviews. Mainly looking for light footprint and kept up to date, so no developer work arounds to bypass blocking. Would really appreciate some pointers if anyone can oblige.

Tried many versions of Droidwall and none of them work on my chinese stock devs. The only Firewall that functions is LBE privacy gaurd 1.2. I also use widgetsoid and FX explorer to create shortcuts to execute perl script that add ips to blacklist in the hosts file.

Try xposed with XPrivacy - forget firewalls with this, you can prevent the app getting access to all sorts of permissions.

XPrivacy is the best by far..

AFwall+ for me too. Xprivacy is fine for other stuff. It can replace the firewall but it's a lot easier to use a dedicated app just for that.
