The title may be clunky but I hope everything clears up with more words.
What is the rule -- if there already is I obviously failed to find it -- for requests that got deleted because they went unfulfilled and then someone (be it the same or a different user) re-requesting the same file?
I'm asking, because there is a bump-limit for individual requests. But if a request expires, gets automatically deleted, and then just gets requested again -- wouldn't that defeat the purpose of such a rule? Maybe I'm just thinking too much into it.
Thank you in advance for clearing this up.
