Has anyone noticed this? Usercloud has become a popup window nightmare. When I go to download an ebook that has been posted, I have to suffer through a dozen popup and pop-under windows before the file will start to download. I'm curious as to why this service hasn't been banned as an upload service for the site.

Now, I'm sure that some cloud services use popup ads but this has gotten a bit ridiculous and wonder if the admins and mods have looked into other services? The reason I mention this is that a decent chunk of these windows keep getting flagged as "malicious sites" or "malicious links".

I hear you, and I really understand your frustration. But we are more than one million one hundred thousand members from all over the world, each with a different opinion and all using different devices. We are not going to ban two of the most popular filehosts that so many uploaders use based on the preferences of some, I hope you understand. Actually, we are not going to ban any filehosts at all, not unless the site becomes private (4shared), or unless the site makes downloading impossible for free users (Nitroflare).

usercloud is now brute force pushing virus infected exe. files into your system when you try to download a book. They completely bypass adblockers as well.

I get that there is a need to have variety in terms of hosting sites, but its become pretty much the worst lately.
