Love this site and love the premium account perks...the best!!

I created an account, searched for a book and after putting in my username and password it comes back with "Username not found". What am I doing wrong???

I signed up for the free trial and within a few hours I knew I needed to take advantage of the offer. Was amazed at how quickly everything was set-up for me. It was in my budget but decided it was time. Even with 30% exchange rate for CDN/US funds it was worth it for me. Looking forward to easier downloading.

just signed up for a trial and at first I didn't think it was working. I was using IE 11 and the login box wasn't appearing when I clicked the premium link. I made sure that the pop up blocker was off just in case that was the problem. I then tried Chrome and it worked perfectly. For reasons that I can't explain (probably habit) IE is my browser of choice so any suggestions as to how I can get it to work?

Secondly I read that you can download movies with Premium and I've seen a movies section on the Android app but I get a "connection Problem" error if I select it (all the other tabs work). Also I don't see a movies section on the web site. Am I missing something?

It doesn't work for me in IE, either, although it works well on my iPad and in Chrome.

It seems that quite a few recent audiobooks don't have the "blue arrow" icon, and it seems they don't use the file services listed for Mobilism Premium. Does this mean there is no way of using Premium for these audiobooks? Here's one example: viewtopic.php?f=124&t=1336884

Going on the fourth year on having a Premium account. As you can see, I'm quite happy with it. (The premium download is a must.)
