iGo Voice Pack (Sept. 10, 2008) - 105 Voices v1.0
Requirements: PocketPC 2000, 2002, 2003(SE), WM5, WM6 - PNA and iGo v. 8 (It may work on iGo v6 etc but I am not sure if they are backwards compatible
Overview: This pack contains 105 different voices, including several revisions of some of the voices. This allows you to chose which revision you like best.


* 105 Seperate Language Files. The file names are of the format "Voices_Threelettercountrycode-m or f followed by a number - name vX.X
* The file is quite large ~185MB answer the poll above about whether I should split it into parts or not.
* The list includes:

Also, if you create or correct or come across additional voice files that are not in this pack, please post a link to the file in here or via PM so that I can include that language in future versions of the pack. If you are uncertain about whether it is already in the pack or not. Open the zip file and look in the file info.ini it will have a name= if the name is already in the list for that language then I already have it.

To keep this pack expanding it is going to have to be a community effort. I don't care if you release the file seperately as well on its own. Just please post it in here too, to help make it easier to keep this pack up to date. Same goes if you see one posted on here that isn't in this pack, please post a link to the post in here and/or PM me a link to that post.

I didn't realize that polls were not allowed. You should post that in the sticky on how to format new threads, because I have not seen that rule anywhere.

Also is the post formatted properly now? Will it get moved to the iGo section? I don't want to piss you off any more as you seem quite angry already I just want to make sure this one and the Language pack are both formatted properly now.

Are these voices same as TTS voices? Or TTS voices are different?

These are not TTS Voices. I will more than likely add TTS voices sometime after version 1.5. I am just trying to scour the internet right now for as many languages and different voices as I can find.

Thanks for this release pedro but do you have voices for Cantonese (chinese) for the iGO platform I have seen the Mandarin (chinese) but after the Cantonese voice.
