Patched StreetDirectorApp.dll here  http://rapidshare.com/files/287916234/S ... torApp.zip. After replace StreetDirectorApp.dll to patched one, Go Pal 5 should work on devices other than Medion.
BTW: On my NDrive G800S i had to modify file settings.dll, to prevent screen blanking, and other strange thinks related to Power Management.

Make sure that you have running process: audiomanager.exe, ssp.exe and ssp_so.exe, before mnavdce.exe.
Starting GoPal from Menu, program Shell.exe runs audiomanager.exe, ssp.exe, ssp_so.exe and mnavdce.exe, but if you start from explorer you need to do so that other processes are running. You can use for example such MortScript script:

it should work, script must be in the same directory than GoPal.

Maybe this helps. It´s not about my genius. It´s from another Forum. Use it at your own risk.
Do the following: Remove SD-Card - Make a Hardreset without SD-Card - press several times the >O< of Gopal - a menue should appear - select remove all (OK) - format Flash (OK) - Now softreset - switch off the device and turn the Hardwareresetswitch to off - put in the SD-Card with the new Software in the Device - put the Hardresetswitch to on - The New Installation starts - have fun....

The gopal 5.0 has Folders like 0, 1, and so on wich work for me....
The update 76169 has other Folders - how to manage that ?

GOPAL works well on my NAVIGON 2100 MAX, BUT I HAVE NO SOUND ON VOICE HOW ARE THE SCRIPT FOR SOUND PLEASE.

Manage to get it working on my horrible Targa M4320T but the TMC button is not showing
Does it need to have TMC-Pro in order to work. Targa only have normal TMC
Does changing the com makes any different?

No go on Moov 360U (winCE5)... I changed config files to point to Storage Card, i.e. in navigation.xml it is now file:///Storage Card/navigation/mnavdce.exe

but it doesn't run. It does nothing. When I ren process explorer, i see menu.exe and other exe from GoPal in memory, but nothing is happening

Any clues?

This won't install on my GoPal E4240 ( It just says "Insert SD-card", though SD-card is inserted with this Gopal release on it.

The old release Gopal 5 AE 74938 from this forum works fine, but that download also has a different folder-structure

Any suggestions? Would like this updated release Thanks..

Found the solution myself
On the E4240: Install in internal memory - content must be in folder "navigation"
