Magellan Roadmate™ 2010 PPCWarez
Requirements: Jailbroken iPhone 3G/3Gs running OS 3.0 (or higher)
Overview: Magellan Roadmate™ 2010 is a 3D GPS navigation solution for iPhone featuring the award-winning OneTouch favorites menu that lets you bookmark your favorite places and searches so you can easily find them as well as spoken street names and directions at each turn so you can keep your eyes on the road. Same as for iGO Myway PPCWarez, this fine release will work virtually with every iGO8R3/R4 compatible content (including maps, buildings, pois, landmarks and elevations)

More Info:
Code:
http://www.magellangps.com/iphone

Download instructions:

Prerequisites:

1. You must have a jailbroken and installd (also called AppSync) hacked iPhone. For more info about jailbreaking read here
2. You must have the latest iTunes installed for application syncing. For more information see here

Installation:

Code:
http://rapidshare.com/files/318881936/RoadMate_v1.0_PPCW.rar
pass: <nopass>

1. Download, unrar the content of the archive and add it to iTunes.
2. Install the application using iTunes.

NOTE: Because of enormous size of the original package, the content (maps, poi, buildings and elevations) has been removed. You need to add these by manually copying them over SSH to your installation directory located at /private/var/mobile/Applications/{INSTALLATION-ID}/iGO_Myway.app/content. You can find many tutorials on the internet how to SSH into your iPhone. You can find a great collection of compatible maps here.

-a thanx flies to MadPriest who has provided the original package-

Enjoy,
JM

Hey Jetmouse,

Thanks for this as it has TTS voices but when it starts it it comes up with an error saying "320x460 is not supported" and then ends.

Any ideas on how to overcome this?

regards

Hello,

Just some feedback about this nav program...Used this program in Nav mode and map mode(without destination set). In Nav mode it works fast and smooth, recalculates the route quick when you deviate from the precalculated route. In map mode however and thats the first mode I tried it lags and misses the road quite often...I have been using my Qstarz1300 linked to my iPhone via RoqyBT. Thats working very well with TomTom and Nav and GO, no lag noted while using those programs.
In all I like the collors used in Roadmate also the menu's etc are easy to handle!

1 question, if I would like to add speedcams do I make an folder similar as in iGO8?

Anyway, thanks for all the great work you guy's put in this software!!!

Folks,

Has anyone managed to get speedcams to work with this yet?

I notice that if I put a .txt file inside a new speedcam folder inside the content folder (like amigo)that after the app starts it has built a speedcam.spdb file in the Library/Caches/content/speedcam/ folder.

So it seems like it recognises the speedcam.txt file but there is no settings to turn them on etc.

Any ideas?

thanks

Thank You!
