In mobilism application for android, rapidgator is not supported. How can I make it update the list of mirrors?

Today, I have this error:

"You have reached daily quota of downloaded information for premium accounts. At the moment, the quota is 15 GB"

I downloaded only some few Mb, maybe less then 10Mb
Is my account hacked or temporary bug?
