As of this evening I cannot download directly.
It will ask for my username and password, but when I give them I get the message: The user name or password is incorrect.

I have checked if my account was overdue to pay, but I still have a couple of months to go.

Can anyone tell me what to do?

Love the Mobilism Premium!! Have had it for quite a few years and it is worth every penny just for the blue down arrow keys. I hate to have to go to the actual download website because of all the ads you have to go through before you can download. Try it, you'll love it!!!

Unlike the Premium account, forum benefits have to be applied manually so it takes a bit of time, you'll notice yours has been applied already.

Just tested a couple and all of them worked fine. Can you elaborate on what the problem you were experiencing was? You can PM me if you want.

I'm not seeing the blue arrows, lately. Wonder when my year is up? Running Firefox 52.0.2 browser on 32-bit xubuntu 16.10 system.

EDIT: Nevermind, I reset my times to reflect that we are now on DST and that seems to have done it.
