tried on two 100% stock nexus 5 unrooted, it does work as it should.
no license message, even after reboot.

Installed on SGS4 stock 4.3 rooted (after uninstal·ling old version, as signature conflict made upgrade impossible).

Immediatlly, while configuring got the 'not licensed' in the lower part of the screen and in the notification bar.

..... rolled back to 2.4.3.1 and working again.

Haven't been able to make any v3 work (without the modded Google Play)
