I'm going to try this on a Galaxy 7500. Would be sweet if it works!

Hi Clark28.
Not sure which device you have? I have a HTC Hero and below is what I had to do to instal stuff on my android..

1-Install HTC Sync manager on your PC first http://www.htc.com/uk/SupportDownload.a ... &dl_id=631
2-On your Android go to menu, settings, applications, and put a tick in box "unknown sources"
3-Hook up android to your PC via the usb cable, then select HTC Sync (drag top bar down with your finger to show notifications etc, and select HTC Sync, not USB)
4-Once the HTC Sync is connected (see that box is green on PC task bar by time date etc) run downloaded .apk file, or any .apk app or game to install.

You can run .apk files directly from your memory card, you will need an explorer program like "andexplorer" which I use..

Hope this helps you..

Hi lawsofpower48
I guess if you just use the program only, and don't use any of the live services you will be safe, copilot does have an update feature (I have tried it with no problems, got some map corrections) but I guess they will eventually catch up with this and disable the updates for this build etc.
Copilot always asks to connect to the internet with your permission before doing updates etc.

No lol. Only important topics such as the Release Guideline etc. can be stickied. This is just a normal release, so no sticky, sorry. ;)

So the most they can do is just disable the program right? They shouldnt be able to charge you since we didnt accept any agreements from them?

Hi duke_george.
The download is for the default voice, so your hero needs to be connected to the internet first.
