I'm sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong section, I wasn't 100% sure which one would be best suited for this question. And since it's technically about an app on an android device I thought I'd try here.

I'm getting my boost mobile phone turned on in a few days and boost offers data free music streaming for a few different apps, spotify included. Does anyone here have a boost phone and also use a modded spotify apk? If so does it use your data since its not officially from google play? Or is it still data free?
