hello guys anyone can confirm this problem into me ,
first i Format my phone ,
i thought i will fix like that
and next is my PC ,
until now i cant figure it out what is the wong with my phone.

i search in google and i saw same problem like mine ,
they said its because of Router "Dlink"
i dnt know about them and no idea how to fix this ,
can anyone help me please.

im using Samsung Galaxy s4 GT-i9505

update info .
i test it on other places and my mate's Mobile Network Connection(via mobile wifi hotspot)
i still cant connect its said "Save Secured" to all of them .

That's really strange, the only thing I can recommend would be to take your SGS4 to a Samsung Smart Centre for repairs or contact their Services Centre.

i try to turn my wifi off for a day and open it ,
"Connected" for a sec. then it go back to "Save Secured" after that,
something forcing it back to save secured ,
or maybe i did something to limit my phone wifi connection usage ?
