I bought 10" tablets for my kids.. Researched the crap out of loads.. Finally settled on a decent tab from china.. quad Core cpu as well as the quad core mali gpu.. 16gb internal with the ability to use the new 32gb microsd cards.. they have played every low mid & some high end games my kids have tried.. Cost £70 lol bargain.. seller has 100% feedback and is uk based....

Can i read pirate comics, books, watch films on amazon kindle fire tablets?

I would recommend you Prestigio brand, there is tablets of 10" and quad core procesors, check their web page and they are very cheap.
