confusion when ur a noobie...can anybody explain...how to sync it with ur tv?

is anybody know this program is working samsung omnia. i have already tried all programs but all of them such a failure.i mean,i succesfully installed but i can't control anything.please somebody help me i need this program.

- mob. part: .CAB file for mobile part, program also needs desktop installation or desktop patch
