Probably that FLV's were encoded with On2VP6 codec, use the MediaInfo.exe or Media Player Classic to figure it out.

I also edited first post with updated links in case someone still needs it, I've only packed the portable versions so you don't need to reinstall the cab every hard reset :D

How do I fully uninstall TCPMP? It does not appear on my REMOVE PROGRAM option. I have HTC Fuze 4600.

this is a portable version, meaning you just delete the folder and ZAP!, no registry stuff left-over or missing files :)
