I take over a dozen pills a day and a different quantity at different times (am/pm) and my day starts at 4:30am. After getting everything all setup I can now be assured I don't miss one pill! I take them when I'm supposed to, not when I remember. However, the reoccurring charges for a few sounds and add on features I can't do, maybe a onetime charge would be better. Thanks for a great app! UPDATE: I have been using this for a while now, and it only keeps getting better!

5IVE STARS!!! I had some technical issues with the app, which I've been happily using for over 2 years now. Not only did tech support acknowledge my complaint here, they responded to my email in a professional and expeditious manner. I'm pleased to say my issues were swiftly rectified, and I'm back on course. This is an excellent App, with excellent Technical support too.

I like this app. It really helps me reminding to take my meds when I'm too busy to really remember the time. The one problem I've had is with timezones. Medisafe did switch back to the original times when I was in the different zone a little longer, but when I came back it refused to go back to my normal hours. My 8 am reminder became a 7 am reminder despite it clearly saying I should be taking it at 8.
