How to test:

1. Disables the communication port with google server
2. Disables video uploading
3. Disables P2P connections ...
If 3G/4G is used, then P2P connection is likely not supported by the carrier.
Once you installed Pro version, please uninstall the trial. Pro version provides unlimited usage.

Every version I've tried here had a 24 hour trial limit on it so IMO somewhat worthless. Try IP Webcam pro.
