Balatan releases this regularly. I want his release so I don't have to keep uninstalling every other release because of signature issues...

This is an odd program.
I have tested it against a variety of similar apps, analyzing my new Android TV Box.
Apparently it uses obscure or far remote servers as it reports ridiculous download speeds (like 64kbit/s), while reporting reasonably correct upload speeds.
I KNOW from other tests that I can sustain 10Mbit/s real data streams over the router/WLAN, so this app is basically useless, at least if run in Germany. I figure that it has to do with their limited server connections or locations, YMMV.

Apparently, some ISPs are setting a higher speed limit for known speed testing services. This is why testing via Speedtest vs Fast gives different results...
