I am now using it without the unlocker coz it is going to say (license check is failed) which is annoying
however, if something happened then I will install the three apps

I have noticed that this app only works fine for a few days and then is stops working will not play songs, when trying to play songs it just plays a "screeching" sound. The only way to stop this is to uninstalled, reinstall and repatch it again, but this again only for a few days and the same process has to be done again.

Has anyone experirence this problem.

BTW the app is installed on Sony Neo with stock rooted v2.3.4 OS.

Same, worked for 1 day fine, today started skipping all songs, after app restart stopped responding. when I press play, I hear this screeching sound and phone freezes. App is patched, also installed unlocker, desire 2.2 rooted. I'm losing hope to ever have working poweramp..seems that it's impossible to crack it.

its was working not till today i installed it yesterday and if you launch it it wont let you go in to settings and add playlist and go to eQ from player screen its also stops your playing music it'll only play for seconds then stops it - but its a good attempt

Here is the correct way on how to install cracked PowerAMP to clear all confusions:

1) Download Cracked PowerAMP zip file from post #1 (to get ahold of the Unlocker) :


2) Download the Cracked PowerAMP with Patch :


3) Grab the "PowerAmp.unlock_v1_1_12.apk" that came from the zip file from step 1

4) Grab both "1.PowerAMP.2.0.4.467.apk" & "2.PowerAmpPatcher.by.ChelpuS.apk" that came from the zip file downloaded from step 2

5) Install "1.PowerAMP.2.0.4.467.apk" & "PowerAmp.unlock_v1_1_12.apk" with a file manager (DO NOT RUN PowerAMP YET)

6) Install "2.PowerAmpPatcher.by.ChelpuS.apk" with a file manager and launch the app and patch PowerAMP

7) Reboot Phone & Enjoy

Side Notes:
- Do NOT EVER uninstall the PowerAMP Unlocker & Patcher (or else PowerAMP will not work and won't show up as full version)
- You can move only PowerAMP to SDCard if desired. (Don't move the unlocker or patcher to sdcard) - Link2SD Support also
- PowerAMP Shows up as "Licence Failed" but it's still works like normal and IS the full version. - You can see by Settings>About/Legal

I installed this crack as per the instructions in the file and when I check for the licence it says "License Check Pending" is this what it should show or has the crack not worked?

Also I noticed with this crack every time the track is started or stopped a "Click sound " is heard when the song starts and stope, this was not there before.
