has anyone successfully linked Pandora to Facebook? Using the AsX 4.0 version it gives different errors "Pandora is misconfigured" "We couldn't authorize your Facebook account" and "Oops something went wrong."

So I can't connect to Facebook and share tracks to it. Any idea?

I see that Pandora has been updated to v4.1.

The changelog is as follows:
What's in this version:
- Added support for all our new listeners in Australia and New Zealand
- Various bug fixes and enhancements

Does anyone know if they ACTUALLY fixed any bugs or if they simply tried to patch the cracks that were made?

Doesn't seem to exist yet, if it can be done at all...
If you want v1.5 there is a version floating around.

I've been trying to understand, but which pandora is newer the 1.7.1 or the 4.1 version? or are there 2 separate products and if so what would be the difference at a very high level?

4.1 is the newest. They skipped from 1.7 to 4 based on the idea that the Android app was finally on par with the iPhone version. The iPhone version was apparently on version 4 so they skipped a bunch of numbers and made the Android version have the same number.

Okay seriously this screwed up with my phone. I uninstalled this version to install the newest version of the app. Now i keep on getting "Out of space" I have like 55.1GB of free space. I have already cleared cache and the dalvik cache as well using a rom manager in recovery. I am currently using an HTC One x +. I cannot install the older version back from the app store. although I was able to install App Cache Cleaner. Have tried rebooting and holding down the power button for at least 7 seconds but nothing has worked.

Has anyone resolved this?

Use root explorer to search your entire phone for instances of "Pandora". Delete everything but the titanium backup files (or whatever backup program you use).

EDIT: Also, are you saying that you uninstalled the cracked version to install a non-cracked version from the market? If so, can I ask why?

Okay that seemed to work :P The reason why I uninstalled the cracked version was to install the updated cracked pandora. seeing that the phone threw me the no space avalible, i tired to install the cracked version again - but gave me same error message. tried to install the official non crack and it gave me the same message.

but everything works now! thanks :)

thanks lowfive.

I seem to have a problem with the VPN. I have hidemyass Pro VPN service, so I set it up for Pandora. It seems that everything is fine until a few (3 or 4) songs played, and it doesn't play anymore. I then realize, the internet on the phone is very slow to a point of un-usable. I have tried different servers (hidemyass has a lot of servers), and it all seem to behave the same way, works for a few songs and then stopped entirely. Of course, reconnecting the VPN makes it works again.

I also tried using the ONECLICK VPN and come across the same problem. (As I'm in Canada, I would need VPN to an IP address in the USA to be able to use Pandora 4.1). Any ideas from anyone? Thank you.

I don't have much experience in that arena, but would proxies work?
