* Do the first 9 steps from the first post of Locusp 3.7.1.
* Once Locus Pro 3.2.0 is installed you need to open an close nine times.
* Install any later version and will not require download anything. (tested on 3.5.3 - 3.8.0).

Here a video using CheatDroid, more complex but only need two Locus versions (3.2.0 and the target version). Oh, and the free version to get the libraries:
