The in app purchase option FreshMaps provides quarterly map updates for at least two years. Note:
- Positioning your smartphone correctly in the vehicle is very important to ensure optimal GPS reception and for your own safety! Ensure that this is always positioned outside of the range of the airbags!
- NAVIGON is an on-board solution. This means that all map material, voice announcements and system files are saved on the telephone. Therefore no charges or waiting time for data transfer are incurred.
- This version requires approx. 2GB of free memory. Please ensure you have sufficient available mass-storage space (SD card). The map material must be downloaded after installing the app via wireless Internet on the smartphone. Please ensure a reliable and safe connection is available.
- On first startup a short data connection (ca. 25kB) is required to register your product

Doesn't work. Gives me an unauthorized version error and FC's.

Having issues , installs fine then goes straight to downloading maps no option in maps I can pick after finishing downloading it starts to redownload the same things over
it seems unstable I had the same problems with the last version not sure if its my phone or the software.

Works just fine for me installed OVER 4.8.0

4.8 was working with after patching core and removing lv with lucky patcher.. I'm hoping this will be the same. Thanks!

Any special instructions on installing this Nav so far no luck on just a straight install are there any steps needed ?

Seems to be working fine.
Install the apk, launch the program, and it will download roughly 506mb of initial data. The download may get interrupted and you'll need to restart the download, but keep trying and it'll eventually download it all.
Once it downloads the initial base data, you then go into the program and pick the states you want to download and it'll download those.
Will have to see if the app stops working after some time or not....

Working fine on Transformer TF-101. Maps downloaded previously when App was using version 4.8.0 (Build 2879 NK 324)
So the update was very smooth.
No issues so far,no need of WiFi to get your location. Let the internal GPS do its job.
