If you are really interested in the app (to check out before you buy it when you can afford it) then you should put some effort into it by reading this thread from beginning to end and ...um...you might actually find what you are looking for.

The group licence is not what you need, unless you can afford just under $9.

On Page 7 of this thread you will find Basic4android 1.7 with libraries and keygen. However only version 1.0 of Calendar2 lib is available in the pack. One of the forum members has bought the enterprise version- he can download the latest libs from Basic4android official site. Unfortunately, he hasn't been on the forum after he purchased Basic4Android version 1.8.

I have tried API level 8, 7 both crash going to try API level 4 now I don't know what else could be wrong

Nope API level 4 also crashes

I followed the video step by step uninstalled all versions of Java JDK v6 and Adroid SDK with the versions in the video

I am not sure what the problem could be

Hi abansb,
Some points taken from Basic4Android forums:
Common errors
- The SDK doesn't always behave properly when it is installed in a path with spaces (like 'Program Files'). It is recommended to install it to a custom folder similar to C:\Android.

- Windows XP - "Basic4Android.exe Application could not be initialised correctly error 0xc0000135" on startup. Basic4android requires .Net Framework 2.0 or above. Windows XP users who didn't install it before should first install the framework.

- "javac: target release 1.5 conflicts with default source release 1.7" - Currently Basic4android requires Java 6. It will not work with Java 7. Both versions can be installed on the same computer.
