Instructions for Google Play Store Patched:
1.Install latest Lucky Patcher
2.Run Lucky Patcher > Menu > Select 'Patch to Android'
3.Select √ 'Signature Verify always True' and 'Disable Zip Signature Verify' > Apply > Yes
4.After reboot go to 'Patch to Android' and check (Patch applied). If applied exit from Lucky patcher. otherwise do 3rd step again.
5.Backup current Google play with Titanium backup if you want to restore original version in case.
6.Rename downloaded 'GoogleMarket.by.Chelpus.TrueLicenseMod.apk' and transfer to sd card.
GingerBread users > rename to 'Vending.apk'
ICS / Jelly Bean users > rename to 'PhoneSky.apk'
7.Open Root Explorer and copy/replace renamed apk to '/system/app/' folder
8.Set permissions rw-r--r-- and Reboot
9.Done. All Apps on Device with LVL is licensed. (Tested to GoldenDict, PowerAmp and other)

In the last version... I Refund one or two apps (don't uninstall) but I don't receive the refund money back. It's normal?

When to pay for an app you receive e-mail tells you about your payment. the same, when made Refund should received a new email telling your about successful money back
If not you can take a look about your wallet...

Yes I receive the email with the cancellation and the information of the refund but... I see my visa card during one month and nothing about money back to the same card I pay in play store. Maybe Play Store detect this type of Refunds (and stay with the app installed) and block the refunds with the last version.
I must try later with another app... and wait...

Looks like it only works with Kitkat and older. I was not able to get it to work on Lollipop.

your received the email with cancellation process that mean all the money you are paid return back to your Wallet.
may be you bought the any app and by omission you forget to cancel this process.....

Looks like it only works with Kitkat and older. I was not able to get it to work on Lollipop.

lollipop and up dont have core to patch it has some other file boot to patch which only lucky patcher can patch

in lollipop it works,
1. rename downloaded 'new-patched-playstore.apk' to 'PhoneSky.apk' and transfer to sd card
2. open Root Explorer and copy/replace renamed apk to '/system/priv-app/Phonesky' folder'
3 .then set permissions rw-r--r-- and Reboot
lucky patcher is still necessary

Installing google play store in Lollipop is not a problem, even the installer will work. The problem is that the license verification mod will not work with Lollipop. This is not the google play store problem but the lucky patcher inability to patch lollipop.

Dude that is just not true or it works different on LG android 5.0.2. Because for me those instructions are working, i tested with Dr. Web Lifetime Lic app before modded and after modded google play was installed also Lucky Pacther has a test method too in toolbox.

Installer does not work for me it says core.jar is not patched and if i hit install and reboot then after reboot google play is missing from system so it messes up thing. Sorry bruh but this is the truth.
