for some reason I can't get luckypatcher to show the custom patch... is there a certain way I'm suppose to install this to make it work???

 

If you goto the luckypatcher folder, and see com.jrummy.liberty.toolboxpro.txt file then the patch should be there, if not then re install lucky patcher. Also make sure you're trying to patch Rom Toolbox Pro 5.0.5, the patch will only show up in the list with that version installed.

I ended up just clearing the data for LuckyPatcher, then open it back up and the custom patch was there... Thanks a bunch

i did custom patch as described, but when i go into toolbox program and touch any app nothing happens, htc desire rooted

some weird problem with installation
"not enough space" i have more than 150MB on internal storage and 2GB on SD
able to install another apps though...

any help?

i had the same mem problem, i just did a recovery form nand, and tried installing again it worked but like my previous post
in the app rom toolbox i can press touch any funtion and nothing happens also it rebooted my phone for no reason, i have no idea whats wrong, i even tried downloading it from market and it worked, but the pro version wont even after patch

The space issue is an easy fix, make sure to delete all traces of the previous version before you install this one. I'm pretty sure just opening up Lucky Patcher after you uninstall will take care of the odex file.

As for the non functioning within the app, I have no idea. Sorry.

I have the same problem (ROM Toolbox Pro 5.0.5 build 506 not working anymore), but have not reinstalled or anything to change the app after patching originally (when it worked)! It worked fine for a while after the custom patch, then (yesterday) it started rebooting my phone whenever I select anything in the ROM Toolbox Pro app. I've tried deleting app data and re-patching, to no avail. I've uninstalled and re-installed, followed by re-patching - doesn't work

after trying this many times i have come to the conclusion, its not worth it and i think it would do more damage than its worth.
how many times will you have to do a recovery, promises much but does not deliver

phone reboot again and again, i try to fix it but nothing, cannot restore nand backup it say corrupted !!! i do a clean install and use titanium backup to restore i lost 4 hours

Got the same issues as you too.

After a few days of working just fine, it stopped working. After a reboot the patch failed. Did everything over again and it seems to work so far.

After the patch changes are not fixed. I forgot to make it auto-fix.
You just have to patch the application after clicking "fix dalvik cache".
