I downloaded the one from badincite post and it says: v 1.0.18, so is the 1 on 1st post is 1.1.3 now?

Hey to all.
Can same one help fix problem with BeWeather:
I can't install this apk on my rooted SGS2/2.3.5/...after begining process of instilation, jamp mesage "Don't have free space/memory...etc.
And if i download from GooglePlay BeWeather free-i don't have problem with instilation and all work clean.
