you need not the lucky patcher, i have a samsung s5 in original and a samsung galaxy tab s, all two devices not rooted and the app works with premium on both

1. download and install the app from the playstore
2. run the app first time, and close
3. copy the "prod_purchases.xml" to the folder: Android / data / com.softpauer.f1timingapp2014.basic / files and replace the existing file
4. to controll: open app again an see in the menu under my account / mein konto
