I just want to post a hint:

Launch the app, make a long press on the double quotes placed on the left of the citation that appears at the bottom of the screen.

A form should appear. Put «pleaseunlockall» inside, validate, then no need to pay.

Now if you need to access immediately to all packs of challenges, go to the setting, make a long press on the version number of the app.
A new form appears, enter «unlock», validate, enjoy
