Hi everyone, I succesfully edited my database on my galaxy sg II and it works like a charm. However on my brand new ICS 4.2.2 nexus7 the trick just doesn't work. In fact no entry generates any result so far. So I wonder if there might be some different database entries for tablets with tegra3? If someone had any clue or infos it would be greatly appreciated.

Do you use a restore program like titanium? If so try copying your SII backup and do a data-only restore on the nexus 7.

Works fine on my nexus7.
Have you rooted your nexus?

Yes the device is rooted but editing the database just won't work. However the titanium backup idea worked great, I didn't manage to restore from titanium back but I somehow managed to restore everything manually and now it works perfectly, my high scores are kept from the sgII. In fact I'm even downloading all the tables back now, so thanks a lot for sharing your idea sabbys you saved my day!!

He compiled an install build that pre-loaded the registered tables database. Having "purchased" confirmed in the database allows the player to then download the table. Hucz's install allowed that setup from just installing his build.

so why cant anyone else do it? must be very hard or? seems only most stuff is for rooted phones so i kinda have no use coming here since i dont wanna root my phone for a few games only no use.. He also did u could just copy the data files manually to get all tables, is this not possible doing that anymore in the newer versions or? i never got an answer for that.
If you are upgrading from v1.9.0, v1.9.1 or v1.10.0, download the "New Data" package listed below.
Copy "com.farsight.AndroidPinball.javaProject" to "Android\data" on the device to install

You need root access to copy/write files to [root]/android/data - that is in system "data" memory storage, not user accessible. That has always been the case - what you quoted was one option/alternative that happens to require root permissions.

I tried "flight_2000_pro_pack" as an extremely wild guess but it didn't work. Someone figured out the right entries for the last stuff?
