No you don't, but wifi would help if you'd like to download updates and such, I suppose.
If the game isn't loading for someone or forceclosing, make sure that you move over the SD data before installing the game, that's what fixed it for me.

hello, thanks for the galaxy S version it work very well but only in airplane mode, anyone can edit the apk to remove the check and make it not need to go under airplane mode (Asphalt 3.1.8 and some other gameloft game i tried dont have this problem)?

I downloaded the game, and played it then closed it.but when I tried to reopen it again, it said that the game isn't original etc...
I reinstalled it and my save game was deleted!
IsThere a way to backup the save game? Or maybe fix that problem?

I removed the file but I still get the same message ' this is not am original copy of nova'! (i have root)

you have to delete it over and over m8 ^^ .. it will always come back after 2 starts of the game :/

and as for the save..u can copy the save file located in that folder.(actually u can copy the whole folder there ..it's all of your personal data in the game (save ,trophies etc..)
