You sure this has ALL cars? That's been an issue since 3.1.0, unlimited money but locked cars.
I'll test it now. It doesn't say it's patched or anything and the MOD doesn't show any details -- Same obb as 3.2.0 I assume?
BTW: To anybody who doesnt have the obb file, it's almost 1GB. Just download the game from the play store, download it over wifi, then install mod.
