Just rhetorical, but why bother giving unlimited money _and_ full vehicle unlocks and full unlocks? Those latter is the only thing you _spend_ money on. Plus with all unlocks you cannot just tweak what you need to boost to play at the difficulty you want, instead it is just drinking from the fire hose. Just opinion, but I think just money mods are best. That way the player can unlock/upgrade at the rate they want to play at.

No criticism to OP.
