Gameplay video from Samsung Galaxy S2 GT-i9100 (showing why it's better to stick to the previous "beta" version):

Screenshot of the actual graphics (since the video is resized):

Ok everyone, I have a solution to the frame-rate problem!
This is tested on Samsung Galaxy S2 GT-i9100 only.
It may or may not work on other devices.
What is the actual problem? - the graphics optimization. Pretty much same thing as the beta, the map detail is causing issues in some parts.
What did I do to fix it? - force low-detail map in the settings.
I've also tuned the other options to try and have the best possible quality while maintaining a stable frame-rate.
All you need is these modified cache files:
http://www25.zippyshare.com/v/34575134/file.html
http://www25.zippyshare.com/v/63984584/file.html
http://www25.zippyshare.com/v/20322415/file.html
http://www25.zippyshare.com/v/50361112/file.html
http://www25.zippyshare.com/v/10447807/file.html
Extract them in: sdcard\Android\Obb
(same as the non-modded ones)

how did you mod them?
if you can open these files wouldn't it be easier to just modify the deviceconfig.xml?
EDIT: ok, found out you can open obb files with 7zip and hence you can modify the deviceconfig.xml...
