Well, you get lots of coins at the start but it goes down when used to purchase upgrades.

Finally got it to work. Not infinite coins and diamonds but you do get a lot.

After installing, play the game until you have access to the Friends​ Tab (around 4 or 5 levels). Once accessible a input anything to the nickname and you get a truckload of diamonds. HTH.
