Thanks for the file but the porgram just doesn't seem to be working. I installed it twice but can't find the program anywhere and it doesn't appear in Outlook 2002. Anyone have any idea what's up with this program? Thanks.

FALLN this program only works with Outlook 2003 , which is why you cant see it in 2002 mate . So upgrade office and it will work

In order for Extender to communicate with your phone, you need to make sure of these things:
1. You’re running the Windows Mobile version of Extender (check the “About” dialog under the SMS menu in Outlook)
2. Your phone is connected via ActiveSync/Windows Mobile Device Center to your PC (NOT serial port or modem connection)
3. Your Windows Firewall is temporarily disabled (or configured with a port exception on 9035)
4. On your phone, please go to "Settings->Connections->"USB to PC" on your phone and make sure that "enable advanced network functionality" is not checked.
