What should I do?
For playing your PlayStation games on your Windows mobile or Windows CE based device on the hardwareside you need enough free space on your storage card, a fast CPU, and enough memory on your device.

On the software-side you need FPSEce (which you can download for free on this website), PocketISO to compress your images (if you like), an image of a PlayStation-game you own,and a PlayStation-BIOS for use with FPSEce.

What's PocketISO?
It‘s a small freeware-tool which helps you to compress your images and clean them up (i.e. remove videofiles).
It‘s easy to use and you can view the adviced settings for your game on the compatibility-page.

FPSEce v0.10:

-completely rewritten core and interface!
-faster!
-supports many new games
-supports g-sensor on Toshiba TG01, more to come
-touchscreen-analogstick-emulation
-new on-screen multi-touch button-assignment
-supports some bluetooth-gamepad (i.e. BGP 100)
-And more...

The previous posters are fools, just go to the main website and read those damned instructions.

Anyway this works so smoothly on my ipaq 214, it plays playstation games better then the gameboy advance emulator. Also even though this is freeware, there is a paid version with save state.

Yea I would say I'm happy with the performance. The speed also depends on the game you're playing, I get FF7 at 50-56 fps, and it's faster when the iso is compressed with PocketIso
